Kathleen Prescott

Associate

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Kathleen has deep ties to the community she now serves as an attorney. She graduated from Monomoy Regional High School in 2020 before attending Westfield State University, where she completed her undergraduate degree a year early in 2023. Kathleen graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Regional Planning and a concentration in Environmental Planning.

Kathleen earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2026. During her final year of law school, she served as the 3L Representative for the First-Generation Law Students Association and was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.

Kathleen concentrates her practice in Trusts & Estates, assisting clients with estate planning and related matters. She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod and Cape Cod Young Professionals.
