La Tanzi, Spaulding & Landreth LLP has added two new partners, Eliza Cox and Tom Rockwell, according to a community announcement.
Cox will join the firm’s Zoning, Permitting and Land Use Development practice. She previously served as a partner in the Real Estate and Finance department at Nutter, McClennen & Fish LLP.
Cox represents developers, homeowners and corporations before zoning and planning boards, conservation commissions and the Cape Cod Commission. She also serves on the board of the Cape Cod Economic Development Council Inc.
