Jeannie Kampas

Profile:

Jeannie grew up in a small suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from Boston University, she briefly worked for a law firm in San Diego, California before returning east to attend law school. Jeannie graduated magna cum laude from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2009 as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Administrative Law Review.

After law school, Jeannie joined Nutter McClennen & Fish, LLP in Boston, later relocating to Cape Cod and practicing out of Nutter’s Hyannis office. In 2025, she joined LaTanzi Spaulding & Landreth. Jeannie’s practice is focused on land use permitting. She has represented individuals, developers, and corporations in land use, state and local permitting matters, appearing before zoning boards, planning boards, conservation commissions and other municipal bodies. She has also advised clients on title matters, including easement disputes and partition.
